Can I customise my jewellery?
Yes you can have your custom name or phrase on our pieces. WhatsApp 069 630 0454 to place your custom order.
Can I change my order?
Any order and/or address changes can be made before an order is dispatched.
Customised orders can be changed within 5 days of placing the order.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery takes 3-5 business days, from the date the order is placed.
How much is the courier fee?
We have a flat rate of R70. Orders over R900 get free delivery.
Can I make an exchange or return?
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your jewellery. To make a return email customercare@junetenth.co.za
